About this service
Check your file with ease, backed by BulgaristanVatandas.com. You can continue to check manually through the official authorities or, if you prefer, have your file tracked automatically through our system.
Checks without an account
Your details are only sent to the official source to run the check and are not stored. IP addresses are used in short-lived counters to prevent abuse.
Your account and files
If you sign in with Google we store your email address; with Telegram, your Telegram name and ID. No password is kept. We also store your tracked files; file details and PINs needed for automatic checks are encrypted.
Your right to delete
You can delete your account and all saved details from the Account screen at any time.
Source
Results come from sources published by the authorities and are not official documents.
Usage measurement
We measure how screens are used with Microsoft Clarity to improve the app. File numbers, PINs and results are not recorded; measurement stops on the screens where they are entered.
Telegram
If you link your account, your Telegram ID is stored and notifications are also sent there. You can remove the link on the Account screen.
